Plus I do bonus sessions at some guru trainings they invite me to..I did close to 250 deals my first year.

The *REAL* problem in the area is a labor shortage due to COVID, overly generous unemployment benefits, and the loss of the 5000+ VJ1 visa employees that come over every year. 

We live in an information world and to be successful, you need to be an expert at something valuable.Then, you can make a great living way above your expenses, invest your free cash flow but spend generously on yourself and enjoy life.

From what I understand about IRS sec 179, I could take the full depreciation of the 6.5' bed but only $25,000 plus 60% bonus depreciation of the 5.5' bed.

Or am I being too generous and should I think that his going above and beyond is just what I should expect and he got his half of the commission for doing his job? 

Some will make loans as low as 50K, one we found would lend less than that, but at a rate premium.Another option is to borrow at home via a secured LoC .... though with the recent slide in the currency, there is presently a penalty for this (of course, there is an equivalent bonus when you repatriate earnings).
