I got a couple good .pdfs from $1 freedomsoft trial, bought all the $1 ebooks off amazon.Ebay courses have been a bargain.The frustrated Investor course was good at $59, Naked investor $99.

@Thomas KIf you go that route you will not have any leverage.Wholesaling is all about contracts and your interest in that contract and not about the property.At the auction the banks (REO) are the ones with the contract.Scroll to the top of this site and look up J Scott's e-book on Flipping.Also checkout the blogs on how to start wholesaling.
