I'm thinking of taking my business from this bank due to total lack of customer service,  but before I do, I have two questions:-What is the best way to achieve my goal?

It's rare you meet someone in this business who is so focused on building a long-term business, and who understands the importance of customer service and repeat customers.

If a car dealership makes an email list of buyers, and those buyers have opted into the car dealerships list to be informed of new cars as soon as they become available...will it be ok to but company name and/or logo that the buyer is affiliated with, on my car dealership page?
