Thanks Jon I would rather questions than criticism as I can answer most questions and as for the value they might be right I am paying 240 it may very be worth only 240 but the matter of it is that.

As Brian Hoyt pointed out, without a pre-bate, sales/consumption tax are extremely regressive.One criticism of it is that it shifts the burden to the middle class, because the poor pay no or very little tax (The very poor would actual come out ahead).

But timing is critical and the preliminary numbers look good.I have tried to reach the attorney handling and the bank but no one wants to talk to me...the process is pretty far along.Do you recommend I wait to attend the auction to get a contact and hope no one bids?!
