Do You Get 500% Returns?

Hi,

How many of you get at least 500% returns?

I'm still not sold on real estate yet. I know how to get 500% returns with other investments but I'm not sold on real estate yet.

I realize that you said you would not be returning, so I suppose I'm wasting my time here, but I thought I'd chime in.

You seem to be very intelligent and full of ideas. This site has a great stock of individuals -- both novice and extremely experienced investors and professionals. Day in and day out, people come here and into the lives of these folks with promises, both realistic and worthless. One of the most incredible things about our site is that the community is willing to help one another, and screen out the bull.

I'm not accusing you of bringing the bull. In fact, I think this is a very good discussion, and wonder why you are so offended that intelligent people would question you when you post about 500% returns. I'm sure you are aware that such returns are very rare in all aspects of business over the short term.

Frankly, I'd rather spend time around people that question me and my motives all day long over people who are going to accept my word as gospel. Such people are likely going to give it to you straight without pulling punches. I've been around for a little while longer than you, and many here have been around MUCH longer than me, and I have to tell you that I only improve my business and life thanks to those people who challenge me.

I'm not preaching to you, nor am I here to plead with you to stick around, but I thought that you might want to consider that the people who are asking questions of you on this site may just be the same people who will help you take your business to levels you couldn't imagine.

They have for me and for countless others.
