Not sure where you got your info from, but a report by the Bureau of Justice Statistics entitled Recidivism of State Prisoners Released in 2005, is based on a BJS data collection which tracked a sample of former prison inmates from 30 states for five years following their release in 2005.

Given they hid the body nothing they say should be trusted.

My concern is the stringent process some hard money lenders require, releasing funds as milestones are met, etc.

If you have some free time, definitely do some research around BSL and the studies that have been released.

Side note: Builders/developers are in phase 5 of 7 and my preferred lot will be released in the final phase 7 and is predicted to release the final phase (7) in about 8-12 months according to their sales rep.Thanks in advance!
