Best/professional rejection message for applicants of my rental?
NEED HELP!
I charge 20.00 APPLICATION FEE ( non refund ) and then pay a third party to HELP me choose the BEST possible tenant for the UNIT.
Credit usually isn’t a big factor
However, I always have to reject around 15 people
Help me! What do I do?
Do I need reasons? What do I say?
