Looking to acquire a property from Five Stream Ventures. Any one have any feedback on them and/or their performance? 

It’s really weird up here, I tried reaching out on Nextdoor app and no body knew what a “wholesale” is.

Their entire site is devoted to promoting the insurance industry, unpublished economics for the industry itself, word-salad analysis, assertions that fire damage is our fault, and social issues.Fun fact, they just released a report lauding the profitability of the insurance industry, during the LA wildfire disaster (it’s dated 1/16/2025).

An auto body shop across the street that "stores" cars needing work there.Since abandoning the home, major landscaping would also be needed to clean up the walkway to the water.

Set to release on Nov 18th.

Looking for some advice.A prior tenant did some malicious damage to my property.I called police, they attended and the report said they were wearing body worn cameras.

His bank account and our bank account is frozen and they just give us a scripted message saying funds will be released once investigation is over.

There is a press release from them in nearly 18 months ago talking about how they had $1bn in agreements... https://fox5sandiego.com/business/press-releases/ein-presswi...In my 17 years in real estate, I have never heard of any group that had that much money committed without taking even the first step of closing on the land.

But SFH are already seeing renewals at 2%-4% and release rates up at least 5% YoY...that number is even higher on some luxury ($3k+/m rent) homes as those are harder to find.The rest is entirely speculative.

Lol, every single time I've decided to do the painting myself........about halfway through I am regretting it big time......my body hurts, it's mind-numbingly boring (I think that's why painters have the drinking/druggie reputation... :-)
