I've completely inspired by the stories of @Michael Swan and @Joe Fairless and what they've accomplished is exactly what I want to do.I'm currently reading a REI book a week and listening to two BP podcasts a day in hopes of accelerating my learning.

I've listened to each of them more than once --- every time I listen I pick up on another nugget of advice and am further inspired.

It is funny how a check that is mailed to me takes sometimes over a wee but my bills get to me in a day.If your contractor is not utilizing contracts, payment plans, providing insurance binders ect maybe it is time to find a new contractor, but be nice to us we are a vanishing breed

I'm currently reading "The Millionaire Real Estate Agent" and find it to be very inspiring. 

I suggest you listen to the podcasts, I find there's not only educational but also entertaining and inspirational!  

(I may have inspired my mom to jump on the future investor bandwagon)She used an FHA loan on her first home many years ago, but that loan is no longer being paid off.
