Hey there,

Long time lurker, first time poster here.

I've been working in tech for a few years, and am looking to get into REI by purchasing one or more multifamily properties... likely not in the SF Bay Area. I've been considering leaving tech for some time now, and am looking at what cities and locations in other parts of the country might be good opportunities for investing.

So far I've been researching properties in Jacksonville FL (due to some familiarity/having family in the area), and other affordable, growing cities.

Glad to be here!
