Refinancing would be great but remember,you want a lender with no points and no junk fees.Do some research before you commit to a lender.New American Funding and the like offer deals like this and you'll be glad you did.Ask about paying points for the sole purpose of buying down the interest rate,not to give them unnecessary profits.
