The names George and i live in Windsor, On Canada!! eh

I currently do not own any property of my own but recently inherited the opportunity to fix and rent out a side by side duplex! It needs quite a bit of work but have some friends and family who are very handy and willing to teach me. (I try to be a fast learner)

I would really like to learn the in's and out's of this business. I would love to get a job in this field that will give me the inside edge on how to either manage or buy up properties.

I really need to set the specific goals. I like the dual income of a duplex but also understand a single family home. I would love to own mutli unit buildings with just apartments and other buildings mixed with commercial offices on street level. I would like to weigh the pros and cons of each option with the end result being me having this be my sole income. I would like this to be a 10 year plan where i am making my goal income(undecided) while continuing to do this for the rest of my life! Im very excited to hear from all of you!!!
