He's predicting it will crash, David Greene is predicting it will continue to go up. Everybody seems to have an opinion one way or the other. Factually, housing inventory is at a historical low, and lots of folks, like myself, are locked into a nice home at 2.5% rate for 30 years.
The overall shortage of houses available makes it difficult to believe that the market will just crash and have this massive price correction. Thank you for the article @Greg R.
