An amazing presentation to say the least. 

I convinced my wife, then girlfriend, to read "Increase Your Financial IQ" by Robert Kiyosaki (amazing read) in 2010 and she decided to start investing in real estate.

This is an amazing good experience, and I think it's encouraging.
