Happy Holidays and greetings to everyone out there!

A little about me:

My name is Steven and I am a full time Canadian university student, part time soldier, and part time real estate investor. I've been involved in rental residential properties since the end of 2012 when I was still seventeen, and have worked with my sister to purchase 23 units (SFH, duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes) in Phoenix, AZ and Atlanta, GA. I'm currently working solo in investing in Atlanta and increasing the size of my portfolio!

My goal is to be able to generate enough passive income to be able to "retire" in four years and pursue my dreams of traveling around the world and work part time as a fitness instructor/personal trainer(which is my passion).

I'd love to meet more like minded people and to work with people who are also investing in the same locations as me! To all those other younger people out there who are looking to jump into real estate, YOU CAN DO IT! It's daunting at first, but if you keep taking small actions and steps towards your goal, you'll amaze yourself at the progress you will make!
