Questions from a newbie regarding REIAs 1) I am probably a ways away from looking from my first deal. In just focusing on education right now. Should I be looking to go to investment associations at this point? 2) Are there criterion I should be looking for or are all pretty much the same? 3) Are there criterion that they have before allowing you to come to the meetings? For example, being that I'm not ready to start doing deals, do they not want people like me there ? 4) What usually goes on at the meetings?
