One thing I'm trying to learn this year is to fire myself as often as possible and hire good people to complete those tasks so I can do higher level work.  

I'm good at multi-tasking (as most moms are), but I find it very difficult to juggle working, kids, and real estate.

It's a special kind of adventurer that embarks on a journey without understanding a good majority of what to expect going forward.1.  

To conclude, seeking any and all real estate folks who are doing well, especially in the Philadelphia area, that are willing to take the minimal time needed to help a motivated young woman navigate this new adventure and hopefully become RE partners one day:) Look forward to meeting you guys!

While I haven't personally used it, I've heard good things about task rabbit.  

Who knows what this adventure will bring.I have already learned a TON on this site and it seems like everyday as I'm reading and listening to podcast more and more "ah-ha" moments occur.

Do know someone who may be willing to take on the task.

In my experience they are very good with defined remedial tasks.

And definitely learn how to run a business since most of the tasks can be delegated out to professionals.Or, they can team up with someone who can mentor them.

Do you have an agreement on time frames for when they're supposed to perform tasks they've been falling short on?
