Rental real estate business book
Hi all,
I close on my first property this month which I will be renting out. Does anyone have advice on a good book which helps explain how to run a real estate rental business. I know I only have one house now, but I want to start off right and be able to scale. I have an MBA and already understand most of the general business/financial terms.
Thanks for any help!

@Ben Morgan - this isn't a book recommendation but if you really want to scale, I'd recommend finding a good property management company. We just have one rental in Memphis and it is managed so we can focus on growing the rest of our business.
One thing I'm trying to learn this year is to fire myself as often as possible and hire good people to complete those tasks so I can do higher level work. For me PM is like that.
Honestly I don't want to keep up with tenants or the plethora of laws that surround them. I think a good PM can actually make me more money because they have the systems in place to screen tenants and take care of them 24/7.
Best of luck!
