Maybe convert house #1 into storage or a fancy garage.I'm sure a lot of people would say AirBnB, but it seems kind of in the middle of no where.

I am interested in many areas of RE, including, mid-term rentals, storage units, and multi-family.

You probably have no idea how long this will be...could be a month or two or could be several years.If it has a garage could you participate with one of the airBnB type rental companies that rents storage space for goods or cars while you wait for foreclosure?

I didn’t spend the time to calculate out the single families storage etc. with the limited info you’re conservatively at about $750k for the Mh portion assuming very little value on the homes.
