Happy Friday everyone,

We are relatively new to real estate investing, so there is a lot we do not know. About 20 years ago my parents bought 10 acres land in Lancaster, CA. Thinking it would develop into a thriving community. Fast forward to today, the land is pretty bare; has power lines on it, but nothing else.
