Hello Everyone! 


Does anyone know the best way to create a Commercial Lease Contract? 

I have a Commercial Lot that I will be leasing to a company I own for Vehicle Storage in El Paso, Tx. 

What key points do I need to Have on the Lease Contract? 

Or does anyone know of a general Commercial Lease contract like the ones Provided by the BP Pro Membership.
