Other methods are to purchase lists with different motivations and stack them like absentee owners, 60-90-120 days late on mortgage, pre-foreclosure, delinquent taxes, water cutoff, code violation, evictions, probate, divorce, etc.

I do agree the BRRR idea is most appealing, but finding deals seems cumbersome and requires experience to get right.I will own at least one door by the end of the year and if it goes well, will rinse and repeat as I increase my expertise in the method.

Show me the data where one can conclude lists is a valid lead gen method compared to well any other form.Beck even d4d is better thsn lists because although you have to drive a lot and knock on many doors it still is relatively free.
