Lead and list generators

I have done most of my own marketing and list generating in-house for years. I was wondering if bigger pockets has a system or if anyone can suggest some companies that will help you generate specific leads and lists for mail-outs in DFW Texas area? Thanks for your help in advance, i have looked over the site without much luck, but I am pretty sure this is a well covered topic - somewhere on here.....
