I'd like to qualify that however by saying that there are good areas and bad areas of any city.Two of the rentals that I own are close to Boise State University.

If your offer was submitted on a contract standard for your area, like an MLS contract the assigns language may already be in there.

Its rarely done for books because the effort and expense doesn't justify it (though I've seen it in university classes).
