FL Shortsale and Sub2 Newbie

Hello to everyone at BiggerPockets!

I have been using this Forum for quite some time to read as much as possible about Real Estate Investing with the hopes of one day becoming a full time investor. This really is a great place to learn new ideas and strategies in the world of Real Estate.

About myself - I am currently a senior at the University of Central Florida as a Finance major, but I find myself spending much more time on BiggerPockets than I do with any textbook! I am very interested in the world of Short Sales and Subject 2 deals and am hoping to form many great relationships here.

I have been inspired by great minds such as Tony Robbins and Napoleon Hill to set goals and take ACTION to achieve my dreams. At this point I am confident that if I apply myself and keep the right attitude I will be very successful. I am new to the world of real estate investing but am confident that my sales / negotiating skills will prove very useful!
