Quick update here still have that real estate company that i founded with my business partner we have completed 6 flips and i have learned so much within those years and completing those projects .

They have become very unresponsive and after multiple requests for them to update me or their website, I moved to a new PM. 

We spent another $70k on updating the side we were living in.

One hasn't been updated since 1955, except for the shag carpet that was replaced in 1973. 

New appliances, cabinets and quartz countertopsNew everything cosmetic, bathrooms fully gutted and redone with updated finishesWhat was the outcome?

That made me want to get updates on Wheat Ridge and Arvada.

One update to my original post is that I did a walk around the neighborhood this morning, and almost every apartment does have either some sort of blinds or those rolling shutters someone mentioned.

@Kash Jawed All units are said to be rented out currently and they are actually a bit under market rents, property doesn't really need anything more than updates which I figured could be done as leases need to be renewed or people left.

Dave has a very good market update on BP's YT channel, but of course it's national. 

I had shown it to a client and they didn’t want to update it.
