Quick update here still have that real estate company that i founded with my business partner we have completed 6 flips and i have learned so much within those years and completing those projects . Our business is called RJ INVESTMENT BUILDING & REMODELING LLC and I'm excited for what the future hold. Also i just closed on my first duplex and I'm excited to be getting into the rental game making me a landlord at the age of 25 .I'm motivated and looking to expand my portfolio to 1 to 5 duplex…5 to 10 and with god willing i hope i will hit my goal .
