I would suggest completely passive investments such as :1) Rental property managed by a reputable management company2) Performing Notes/Liens serviced by a good loan servicing companyKick back and collect the cash flow on any of the above no matter what you are doing, or where you are located.

Are they a reputable and decent company?

Are there liens from subs, suppliers, designers, engineers, etc.?
