Advice for an upcoming agent

Hello all! I am currently transitioning out of the Air Force and will be acquiring my license in Virginia, most likely with Keller Williams. I am 24 years old and wanted to know looking back on your career as an agent what would you have done in the beginning? Any great books you would recommend to push me in the right direction. Also, just any general knowledge you would like to pass on.

Also, sort of a side note has anyone dealt with EXIT reality? Are they a reputable and decent company? I like the idea of building up a second income stream with my agent career.

Thank you for any advice you can give.
