Actually I know there is at least one podcast featuring someone from SoCAL/L.A area , Episode 6 features Arthur Garcia and he lives in Pasadena and does business in the Lancaster/Palmdale area of L.A County last I heard.

And keep in mind that many people who will rent in this building do so specifically because they like retained original features.
