Hi,I was wondering if anyone here has read any helpful books on real estate investing, specifically designed for law and/or CPA's.

We have been doing all the up-front research and reading, setting up our back-end systems, developing our business plan, and networking (when we can, we have 5 kids that take up a lot of our time :p).

Hello BP Community,I have been on BP for a little while now, listening to the podcasts, reading the posts on the forum and taking the advice that everyone else has been giving and this is my first discussion post so here it goes...I have been working with my family on looking for our first property to invest in for several months and we finally were able to get our hands on a good deal.

@Joel Owens I've read those staggering numbers a few times.

I know this isn't an "A or B" neighborhood, but wanted to hear feedback from folks who have rentals their currently.
