Hello,

I am a small business owner in Cary, North Carolina.  My wife and I operate an internet based printing company.  We want to begin investing in real estate with a highly experienced partner or syndicator.

I believe I can analyze a deal but have no idea how to vet a syndicator to determine if they have the means and experience to manage the property.  I hope to learn this through participating in BiggerPockets.

@Steve Kehoe You might want to blend in networking with reading to get to your goal. There are plenty of opportunities at low or no cost to meet local R/E Investors. There's a BP get together group that meets once a month, you can attend a TREIA West event (near Cary), a TREIA main event, TREIA subgroup for newbies which Tim Masters runs....Triangle Deal Maker Sessions usually meets the first Monday of the month (it's the second Monday in September because of Labor Day)....
