Hi Everyone,

My name is Rae and I am from Chelmsford, Ma. My husband and I have recently become interested in real estate investing. We are trying to learn as much as possible and hope to buy our first property this fall. We are especially interested in multi-family homes. I look forward to meeting other REI on this forum.
