If you allow dogs under 25 pounds, you have to decline someone who has a dog that's 25.5 pounds or the applicant you denied because they have a 100 pound Great Dane can sue for discrimination.So far we have not had any issues with allowing dogs.

Trust me, about a year ago when I was getting out I had to consider not having all the benefits of the military, but here is what my situation looks like today:1) I was able to apply the skills and experience / education gained from the military and find a job I loved and one with great benefits2) I don't miss the BX at all, in fact, I preferred Target when I was in the Air Force anyways. 3) Have you tried taking a MAC flight lately?

Let's say your using direct mail, bandit signs, whatever - if you can touch people once a month with your offer, in a memorable way... then in about 6 months you'd really have developed good awareness in your target audience.SOOOO... you could end up just getting the marketing working for you about the time you move back to VA!

It was right on target for me.I'm currently at 2 mortgages and like @Mike Barryit was suggested to me to use up the other 2 (lower interest rate) and then seek out a portfolio lender.
