Big hello....new to BP from Dallas

Hello All,

Well.. This is my 2nd post here since joining BP about 24 hrs ago. I am a newbi investor from Dallas. I have invested in a couple of small single family rentals jn the Dallas area and have been very happy with the performance. I am continuing to look for invest and hold type opportunities but quite grankly there have been no good houses in <200 k range that will give me a good rental. I am always open to opportunities.

I am also looking for opportunities to be a transactional lender.

While i am going through various forums, i wud greatly appreciate if u wud be kind enough to connect with me and share ur experienes/opportunities.

It's when a group of investors get together to discuss all things investing. What's working, what's not, and generally just sharing and learning from one another. If you have the right group of people, it can be HUGE boost to your investor "mindset"!

Dan Shoemaker give me a beer and ask me about REI and I won't shut up.
