Even when I get calls from agents watching new recordings that actually know a little bit about whatever property I just closed, I'm not about to spend any time with them.  

I have 6 individuals interested in lending to me and I hope to demonstrate that we can help each other.My thinking is that I provide my track record, the resources at my disposal, my ideas for buy and holds and flips/buy and hold and future prospects.

(if you can't take a slight loss find every deduction you can in the book and record the items and then sell the property to lower your taxable liability.)Then take those proceeds and use it to pay off the other 2 properties!

These properties are sometimes in the foreclosure process and you can't find the owner of record and can't get a hold of the asset manger at the bank contact.

Although it has all bedrooms upstairs, it does have an electric chairlift on stairwell wall and has wheel chair ramps throughout the back yard.Are there any organizations, or groups that I should be contacting to see if they need housing for their members' needs or is there a better way to promote this property to find the best tenant for it??

@Zach Liu....thanks for your reply.But  i am still confused as this seller does not have a mortgage or so the public records says.Why is there a Subordination of Mortgage when there is no mortgage?

The attorney usually handles the closing, transfer of funds, putting on record, prepare HUD etc.

With a track record.

Compare their track records, compare their contracts.
