Which management companies have you gone with and had good results in WA state?
I am looking to buy my first unit, a condo in downtown, to rent out and i am wondering which management company i should go with since there are so many. Here is a link to a TON of local prop management companies. http://www.allpropertymanagement.com/find/index.ph...
Any info would be greatly appreciated since i am still learning. I am 21 now and my goal is to have 500 units by the time i am 30. So i am looking for a company that can do triplex and what not too. I will be looking at apartment buildings later this year but for now I'm going to start off small. Banks don't qualify you for a very large loan working at AutoZone ;)
Thanks again!
