i heard somewhere where 75% of American live paycheck-to-paycheck. i even heard a stock broker say a lot of his clients live the same - we're talking HUGE salaries too.we don't know this guy's situation. maybe he has medical bills, child support, yada yada. it's not always people spending beyond their means - though that does happen a lot too.

She is unemployed and will stay that way for at least 12 months due to a medical issue. 

You've got a known and filed and over encumbering Medi-Cal claim.  

It turned out to be a turnkey property that the owner needed to sell fast to pay for medical expenses.

Now if you report marijuana use to CPS and they investigate (if they do) she is probably going to have a medical marijuana  card by that time.  

Outside of the medical profession, there are people who are renting apartments currently in New York paying top dollar where they are able to come rent an entire house with a yard, etc. for the same or even less than what they are paying for a rental property.  

@Cash Lawless, I know in Cali if you own property and go into a nursing home and it is paid by Medi-Cal, the government has a right to force the sale at market value.

Items go on the curb, the landlord is NOT required to store anything (except prescription medicine or prescription medical equipment which must be held 7 days from the date of discovery). 

You need the living trust  AND a coordinated will plus all the medical POA docs.I'm at this point of interviewing attorneys etc.  

I am 59 years old and I found BP about a year ago while recovering medically and I still have not decided what to do.
