I simply e-mail them a form that I created myself that let's me pre-screen them.  

I thought about mailing a letter directly to the address but am not sure if it will reach the owner.

The owner of the property has notified the tenant to be out in two weeks.

You have to mail them by the 31st of January.

Click on the name of the person that you want notified via an email, that you responded to them.

You could also do some private mail pieces.Hope this helps you!

Like how to even get in contact with the absentee owner (I know of mail but I'm a good communicator and rather deal with these folk the route of calling them) by phone and then the whole evaluating the deal (good deal or bad deal or ARV).
