Hello everyone,

My name is Mason Anderson. I'm from a small town called Havre de Grace about 45 minutes outside of Baltimore. I became interested in REI after hearing many people mention Real Estate as the way to build wealth being as though people are always going to need somewhere to live. So I decided to get serious about it and found Bigger Pockets. I want to Flip Houses, Rent out houses, and possibly eventually develop real estate property. I don't know much about Real Estate so I plan to take it one step at a time.

The first step for me is asking more experienced Investors for advice. How did you get started? What should I focus on now seeing that I am a newbie to this? Any and every little piece of advice is welcomed and appreciated.
