Having grown up in the Alberta/Cully neighborhood of Portland I witnessed the change and incredible growth the city has experienced since the 2000's, which served to plant a seed and solidify the idea of REI as the eventual "some-day" goal for myself.

Land trusts have many asset protection benefits and can be a powerful addition to your asset protection plan anyway--yet this use is still not as widely known as it should be.

Is my belief that in most places, vacation rentals will turn on each other with incredible Market saturation making it difficult to do well. people talk about getting 20% annual return on a property in the Smokey's and elsewhere.

I know 3 that write them locally in DFW...and only one of those will do it state wide.  

The view is incredible!

When I first started I was buying up properties in "C Class" areas because the rent/purchase price was incredible on paper. 

Even pulling out 90% of what you put in makes for incredible cash flow.
