Rent or sell Property?
So me and my wife inherited a property that my father owned, the house was very damaged and we decided to flip it. The location is a D location but we owe nothing on the house and put about $10,000 in repairs. should we sell the property to put the money in a better location or just rent it fo start getting some cashflow?

i am big on buy and hold, but in your situation, i think i would sell and get in to a C class area or better. I have headaches with C class, i cannot even image what D class is like.
