Big Money Takes All! Home Furnishings Vehicles & LAKEFRONT LOT!!!

What are your thoughts on a sale like this? Should I do it? How do I get the word out?

$1M takes ALL!!! 

We have made the decision to sell our custom resort style home and move to the beach! The house appraised for $750,000 last month but I thought, to make things easy, I would try something Crazy. A “make us move” sale. We will include home furnishings, appliances and decor in the sale, as well as outdoor furnishings and equipment, lawn mowers, etc. Also included will be a golf cart, small tractor and 2012 Dodge Ram Limited Longhorn Edition with under 100,000 miles, a 42’ Diesel Pusher motorhome, and last but not least, our Lakefront Property on Grand Lake O’ The Cherokees with utilities and water already set up. The lot is build ready! The view is incredible! This will be an AMAZING investment for the right person.

If the house is worth $750k try take all price of $800k or less. Otherwise you’re asking a buyer to come to the table with $300k or more in cash (they can only get a loan for the house after downpayment not the misc. add ons.) so they can buy stuff you don’t want and they probably Don’t want either.
