Proper has good coverage but it is expensive.

The inspection should give you an idea of the condition of all the main systems.

You'll be paying $500 for someone to collect rents while you are still living there...I think you have the right idea with factoring in all of these expenses, especially if it was a pure investment.

But hear me, i appreciate your concern for the idea of wholesalers tying up properties that they can't close on.
