The whole business structure and idea of getting paid to find RE deals is an underground activity in most eyes looking upon your activity.

After scrubbing my lists further for non sales, actives, and expired's in my criteria of pre foreclosed single family homes, I'm only pulling 10-15 names tops per zip code (already scrubbed Santee & 2 zips from El Cajon in 2 days).

In the mean time I’m putting bread, actually more like takeout, on the table as a site analyst for an online clothing retailer.I’m looking forward to being an active member of this community and hopefully making some meaningful business and personal connections.

Regarding finding a buyer, it's best to start and locate folks who are actively buying in that particular area.

I'm intrigued by note investing and have enjoyed reading Dave VanHorn's posts, however my current REI activities (buy and hold) keep me quite busy right now.

I have done a ton of research as I am a bit of an over preparer and not the jump in and learn on the fly type but the reality is that I have been focusing on educating myself for only about 3 months actively.
