Hi everyone!! I am new to BP and was introduced to this site through the Ultimate Beginners Guide for REI. I absolutely loved the book! One of my favorite of those that I have read. I am new to REI and are eager to get started . I am interested in wholesaling as a way to finance future rental properties in the future. Any advice that can be given would be great. I am really excited to be apart of BP and look forward to interacting with everyone!
