Have the seller contact the lender for a reinstatement amount. 

Just use a differant lender next time and for now be direct and let them know you would appreciate faster responses, etc.

My next item on my plan of action is to get with the City and see what zoning district this is in.Looks like I need to contact some of the neighboring builders to get some prices.

I am going to be in the north west suburbs of chicago like, Elgin, Saint Charles, Aurora and Naperville area so if some one could send me the right direction in this that would be great.

I have a real estate agent that has been down to the office personally and requested managements contact information.

I'm making contacts here or there, but ultimately hoping someone can lead down the path of either MLS partner access or lead generation outside of marketing efforts - just 'dig in', if you will.
