Starting Out Wholesale - Looking to Partner

Hey Everyone, my name's Paul and I'm in the Lynchburg/Bedford, VA area and have performed quite a bit of research on a very high level and looking to take that next step in forming relationships with both real estate partners as well as REIs. I'm making contacts here or there, but ultimately hoping someone can lead down the path of either MLS partner access or lead generation outside of marketing efforts - just 'dig in', if you will. I'd rather bulldog the subject matter than starting out with a focus on creating pamphlets.

I'm eyeing an REI meet up next month (just found one and sadly missed it last week) to meet new folks in the industry, but if anyone is willing to help in any way, a fellow newbie would be much appreciative. I hope to take the knowledge I learn and pass that down eventually.

Thanks!
