Besides helping keep the quality of housing up, the inspections chase out the landlords who don't want to take good care of their properties -- the inspections are something a landlord should pay to do anyway but it's hard to justify the cost when it's not required.

Any other large projects that come across the table get chased out by a few elite class that control the city and the county. 

I already have checked with chase and they would only offer on the residential side.

The most recent guests were too loud, their dog was “on the loose and chasing people down” (they didn’t have a dog - I confirmed with my cleaner that there wasn’t a single dog hair found on the property).

When starting out and trying to get traction, it is extremely difficult to resist chasing the latest & greatest lead gen tool aka shiny new object. 

When you have that much cash in circulation chasing fewer resources, you get inflation.

That is something you do need to value as an investor because of the opportunity costs of not being able to chase something else. 

Life is very interesting and many of us can easily be lost in the chase of "stuff" and/or keeping with Joneses.
