Indiana property management

Aloha everybody,

I’m an out of state investor looking for property management in Indiana. I currently have a property in Indianapolis that has been newly renovated and the PM I have in place I feel isn’t doing a very good job with getting a tenant in place. The claim they have multiple applicants. They had one that canceled when the security deposit as due. Do PM’s usually have a couple good candidates ready or just wait for one applicant at a time to qualify? I feel like they’re dragging their feet and they don’t respond to my emails until I send them multiple emails. Need any advice or reputable PM’s you guys can recommend!

Thank you,

Chase
